Kash's 1st Birthday | 01.26.19 | Keehi Lagoon

Kash's 1st birthday party had a 'Where the Wild Things Are' theme and they called it Kash's Wild Rumpus! It was hands down the most EXTRA 1st birthday party I've ever been to and I loved every minute of it! Jenn, Kash's mom & this parties coordinator, killed it so I knew I had to come early to capture details! Each table had 3 centerpieces that complimented each other and each place setting had a monstera leaf with a hand written 'thank you' from a calligraphy artist. The stage had a big balloon arch with KASH in gold but between the balloons they even included some palm leaves for extra texture. There are too many pretty details to mention but one of the most epic statement pieces was his dessert table! It sat in front of a hedge backdrop that read 'Let the wild rumpus start' and the main cake was 3 tiers, made by A Cake Life with little animations from the book. There were custom painted cookies to match the theme along with cupcakes, chocolate dipped strawberries, macarons, and so much more! As for the things to do at this super cool party the options were endless! To begin all the kids got to adopt a beanie baby with their own little bed that Kash's sisters and grandma coordinated from there Jenn had everything you could imagine available from not just 1 ice cream place but both Black Sheep Creamery AND Cream and Roll to candy artists, balloon artists, coffee truck, bouncy house, smoking lemonade, cotton candy, popcorn, and more! As you can imagine everyone who attended had an absolute blast! Jenn, Kash, and the family went on stage to do a thank you speech and they shed some tears as she thanked her mommy for everything she's done for her over the years. After singing Kash happy birthday yet another surprise went down and they brought out both the Jimmy Weeks Project and Maoli to perform. The quests danced the night away and the party was a crazy success!
