We know Nicole + Tyson from an epic underwater engagement session + getting to capture their wedding + first home photos through our sister company VIVIDfotos. When we found out they were expecting our hearts jumped for joy--we were so happy for the 2 of them! We were so excited that they wanted to trust us with their maternity + newborn photos too! We began our session with family photos of the 3 of them and had Nathan swaddled in brown. For our next look they brought along a baby sized body board so we swaddled him up again and shot him on our sky blue backdrop to give a water feel. We also added some shells to go with the beach theme! Next up, they also brought a surfboard that they wanted him to lie on. We used our nude rug as sand and all the blue toned swaddles in the studio to make water and drape over him. It was absolutely adorable and we can't get over his little lips! For our last look they brought along a blanket that Nicole's cousin handmade for him so we used that as our backdrop and dressed him in our navy blue overall set from our newborn wardrobe to match. We love how this little man's session turned out!
